HOUSING RENOVATION IN MONDRAGON
HOUSING RENOVATION IN MONDRAGON
In this interior design project, we present a comprehensive renovation in Mondragón. We carry out the distribution, modifying the previous one completely to increase the light transit and the home comfort.
Two aspects were key to achieving these goals. On the one hand, we used glass enclosures to create a feeling of open spaces and let light flow through the rooms. In this way, the kitchen, by Santos, was connected to the living room, promoting visual spaciousness.
And, on the other hand, we installed underfloor heating, which allows heat to emanate evenly. In addition, we opt for custom furniture designed expressly to increase day-to-day functionality.
We see, for example, the bench attached to the wall and made to measure, in the dining room, which allows us to gain space. It is accompanied by chairs from the firm Crearte and a beautiful Marset lamp on the dining table, which provide a touch of sophistication.
The bedrooms also have custom furniture to make the most of each space. In the master bedroom, the headboard designed by the Natalia Zubizarreta studio and upholstered in Gastón and Daniela fabrics stands out. It is accompanied by Marset lightning and complemented by decorative boxes, designed by Agnes Bloom.
For the living room, we opted for a custom lacquered bookcase and a microcement coffee table. In addition, furniture chosen in detail, such as the sofa and armchairs, from the firm Atemporal, is perfect for the decoration of this home.
¿A special piece? The old furniture that we recovered as a desk with a display case. It is a carefully restored piece that contrasts with the &Tradition chair and the black Artemide lamp, in a current style.
